- Warm Welcome to INFYeMART, it is a Online Hyper Mart whose registered office at Trissur District, Kerala. In using the INFYeMART shopping service, the user is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.
- We will try to deliver the products as per the order placed by the user. We will start to process the order as soon as you place the order successfully with us.
- When you opt for Cash On Delivery we always try make a confirmation about the over phone before delivery. But we shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.
- All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
- The MRP displayed for a product is meant for the Market rate for getting a product to your Door step. It May be MRP of Branded product or Market Price which is followed by Supermarkets/Home Delivery Rates of such teams of unbranded products. Its Only for comparison of Prices between others and infyemart.com. No claims or dispute for this matter will not be entertained.
- Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained. Once the customer has placed an order it cannot be cancelled. For assistance in this matter please contact the customer service team who will be happy to assist in this matter. Once the customer has placed an order it cannot be cancelled. If so delivery charges and 2% of value of the product will be deducted from the customer. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by INFY eMART and accept INFY eMART decision regarding the cancellation.
- The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and we disclaim all or any of them to the fullest extent. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and INFY e MART shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
- Return of products only be accepted if they are returned in their original packing within 24hrs after delivery. Products returned must along with original invoice. If any discrepancy in your product customers must report the issue to our customer care team /delivery Person as soon as found and confirmed.
- While every care has been taken to ensure the product information represented is correct, INFY eMART cannot guarantee the content displayed in terms of ingredients etc. is correct at all times. Products are constantly being reformulated so ingredients, nutrition content, dietary and allergens may change. INFY eMART recommends you to always read the product label and not rely solely on the information provided on the website.
- If you have ordered multiple products on one order we will try to ensure they are all delivered together however this also depends on the type of products ordered, some products are large and delivered directly from the supplier, in these cases we will not be able to have them delivered together.
- If the customer received any defective/mismatch product, within 12 hours of the receipt, the customer can contact the Customer Service for further proceedings. After the above-mentioned time period, the customer shall contact to the respective Brand Service Center directly. Such complaints shall be solely under the scope of respective manufacturers after sales service policy.
- The products carrying warranty, will be visible on the physical invoice delivered with the product, please make sure you keep the invoice as it will be required for proof of purchase in cases of any after sales service etc.
- INFY eMART aims to offer a fault free service however If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to the customer services or by email at support@infyemart.com and we will attempt to correct the fault at the earliest.
- INFYeMART.com site may be occasionally restricted to access to the site to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services.
- Some purchases made through the INFY e MART site will also be governed by specific product terms . If you are unsure about anything related to purchasing of any product please contact customer services for further assistance.
- In any case we have quoted a wrong price for a product, then we shall notify the actual price of the product you ordered before we dispatch the product to you so that you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the order at that price. If you decide not to proceed with the order of the product, we will give you full refund of the amount already paid for that product in accordance with our refund policy.
- The price of a product does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on our policy and the delivery method you choose and will be added during checkout
- All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).
- We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range and will let you know if the product is out of stock.
- In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products

If you live in an apartment the lift is adequate to take delivery in size and weight.

- We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified via a suitable announcement in our Website. The changes will apply to the use of the INFY eMART site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to use our site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the INFY eMART site indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
- We may suspend or close your account immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. You will not be able to order products on the INFY eMART site if your account is suspended or closed.
- You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
- If order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing or quality issue, before accepting the order the customer have to check the packagings, if any found defective return the same.
- If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
- Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1 hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to support@infyemart.com and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. INFY eMART has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund Policy:
- We assure you 100% cash return for poor quality Supermarket products.
- Once an item(s) is returned or found missing in an order at the time of delivery, a refund will be raised that time itself. The final payment collected from the customer will be the one after deducting the specific amount from the total order amount. It can be cash / card/Online Gateway. In the case of bank transfer / online payment, the specific amount will be added as credit against the concerned customer account held with INFYeMART.com.
- If an item(s) is found missing or returned at a later point of time, a communication will be received by you regarding the same. If a refund is raised, the specific amount will be credited to your bank account with the facility of NEFT/RTGS at the earliest slot possible. Normally we follow no question asked return/refund policy.
